Flight Instructor (FI)
Zenith Aviation Academy is now accepting applications for our Flight Instructor Rating (FI) Program, open to qualified CPL holders. This is a fully sponsored training-to-employment pathway aimed at developing top-tier flight instructors for our academy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Valid CPL issued by a recognized aviation authority (with IR & MEP).
- No regulatory or disciplinary history.
- Willingness to commit to a 2-year service bond.
- Strong passion for aviation instruction.
- Preference will be given to Maldivian Nationals.

Scope of Work
To perform maintenance tasks on ZAA and/or customer aircraft in accordance with guidelines, procedures stipulated in company exposition and relevant SOPs under supervision of certifying staff.
Qualifications
- GCE O’ level passes (C and above) in Physics, Mathematics and English or must have completed basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering training course.
- 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or in a related field.

TECHNICAL RECORDS COORDINATOR
Scope of Work
To maintain and manage accurate aircraft technical records, track maintenance compliance, and support airworthiness documentation and reporting within the CAMO team.
Qualifications
- GCE O’ level passes (C and above) in Physics, Mathematics and English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, charts, and data validation.
- Previous experience in an administrative role will be an added advantage

Technical Knowledge Instructor
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum 3years' experience being TKI, teaching all the subjects at CPL or ATP Llevel.
- Develop teaching materials and present.
- Good understanding of EASAATPL syllabus.

Sales Executive
we’re looking to fill in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for CPL training programs
- Promote Zenith Aviation Academy across India, especially through partnerships with ground schools and aviation consultants
- Accompany the team and Represent the academy at events, seminars, and fairs
- Support student on boarding in coordination with our team in the Maldives
- Provide regular market feedback and suggest outreach strategies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (specialisation in Aviation would be preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in education or aviation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach is a plus
Skills/Certifications:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of aviation training will be helpful

Compliance and Safety Officer
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Compliance Monitoring System in accordance with MCARs.
- Conduct regular compliance audits of operational departments.
- Maintain audit schedules, checklists, and records, and ensure timely corrective actions and follow-ups.
- Support the implementation and effectiveness of the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Monitor safety reports, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Promote safety awareness across departments and ensure active safety reporting culture.
- Ensure operational manuals, Work Instructions, and policies are up to date and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Prepare compliance and safety performance reports for the management review.
- Document and track findings from internal and external audits and inspections.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Educational/Professional qualification in Aviation Management, Engineering, Safety Management, or any other related field.
- Formal training in Safety Management Systems and Compliance Monitoring (Preferrable).
- Auditor qualification (Preferrable).

- Will be reporting to Head of Compliance, Safety and Security
