Additional Ratings

SEP (Land) Class Rating
The Single-Engine Piston (SEP) Land Class Rating is required for pilots who wish to fly single-engine piston aircraft. This rating is necessary for both private and commercial pilots to operate aircraft like the Cessna 150, 152, and 172.
Course Highlights:
✅ Flight training on a single-engine piston aircraft.
✅ Covers normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures.
✅ Ground school on aircraft systems, aerodynamics, and operational limitations.
✅ Skill test with an examiner upon completion.
Eligibility:
✔ Valid PPL(A) or higher.
✔ Class 2 or Class 1 Medical Certificate.

MEP (Land) Class Rating
The Multi-Engine Piston (MEP) Land Class Rating allows pilots to operate multi-engine piston aircraft such as the Tecnam P2006T and Piper Seneca PA34.
Course Highlights:
✅ In-depth training on multi-engine aircraft operations.
✅ Covers engine-out procedures, asymmetric thrust, and emergency handling.
✅ Multi-engine theory and aircraft performance calculations.
✅ Completion of a skill test with a qualified examiner.
Eligibility:
✔ Minimum of 70 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
✔ Valid PPL(A) or CPL(A).
✔ Class 1 or Class 2 Medical Certificate.
